Logistics in Focus

TUP, the private terminal in Urussuquara, owned by Petrocity Portos, in São Mateus, has the capacity to handle 23 million loads per year. Its modern technological concept will ensure that cargo remains in the yard for a shorter period of time, allowing for greater turnover and reducing costs.
At the private terminal in Urussuquara, Petrocity Energia will ensure the unit's energy self-sufficiency (1.8 GW) and integration into the national grid. All energy produced at the São Mateus TUP will be based on the premise of producing Green energy.
Logistics condominium developed with a modern technological concept designed for the installation of industries, hotel systems, water and effluent treatment plants, telecommunications bases, substations and much more.
Commercial building with 400 rooms, restaurants, data center, banks, convention center for 1,000 people and modern administrative center with heliport, from Petrocity Portos.
Two UTACs on the Minas Gerais section of the Minas-Espírito Santo Railway EFMES (254 km) will make it possible to receive cargo for domestic and foreign markets, integrating the São Mateus region with the steel and sweet valleys of Minas Gerais.
Seven UTCs will be built along the 1100km of EF 030, Juscelino Kubitschek Railway, the largest of them in Barra de São Francisco (ES), for the integration of rail and road modes with EFMES.
There will be 422 km of railway line, connecting the EFJK, from Unaí, to the grain-producing region of Campos Verdes. A UTAC with greater capacity, in Unaí, will allow the transshipment of wagons converging on the port of São Mateus.
The Cargo Transshipment and Storage Units (UTACs) will allow intermodal interconnection, ensuring safe space for storage and movement of cargo for export and/or import.
